Good tactics for a Cardiff side leaking goals?

Im looking for something similar for Cardiff!
Ive used the editor to get Routledge and Chopra on Loan and got half-way through my first Game of 09 and was sitting 8th but leaking goals like ****!
Seems like Gyepes and Purse are far too Slow!
Cant seem to find a decent setup to stop conceeding silly through ball goals or 30 yard screamers.
I would appreciate any help too

you need johnson for starters, and if youve sold him god help you because purse and gyepes are useless lol
drop your defensive line deeper and put a dmc into place with a backward arrow.
you probably need to sign a fast defender for the centre and play him with purse.
Fitz Hall and Liam Fontaine are quality
