Just had the january tranfer window and sign and couple of player and notice i have 4 very good strikers in my squad i have always been 1 striker manager, but then i started to think about partnerships in football i was wonder how to recreate them?
some examples:

Torres & Gerrard
Rooney & Ronaldo
Xavi & Iniesta
York & Cole
Henry & Bergkamp
**** & Keane
Shearer & Sutton
Ruud Van Nistelrooy & Solskjaer
Beckham & Nevile
Rio & Vidic

just to name a few could be an interesting project for next season to try and recreate them with some help of course if any thinks of any other please go ahead

Beckham & Nevile Ill have go at that i would say:

Neville = Full back attack - PI = sit narrow, dribble less, cross byline?
Beckham = Wide mid Support - Pi = Hold Positions, More Direct, more risky, stay wide, cross often

I have no idea about these players, and what their best roles are, but you are correct in trying to create partnerships...
