Hello peeps. I'm trying to update the Russian leagues(promotions and relegations) as the current update I have (LFC update) has not got the promotions and relegations up to date. I have used the editor but only for transfers and not for moving teams-any info would be greatly appreciated,or if someone has done it or knows where there is a download with this done already it would be greatly appreciated.
