Is formations this bad for everyone?

Every Couple of months I need to change formation since I start losing loads. By couple its about 2-3. Other Managers in this year's game really stepped up their game. Does this happen to everyone or is there a solution to fix this like only use it 1/3 games?

I have used the same formation since beta. Have tweaked it here & there to suit my players or opposition but as long as you adjust to what is happening in game i dont see the need to constantly change formations.

I've used exactly the same formation and tactic within that formation since the game was released.

Seek advice in the tactics forum if you're that inconsistent.

I had that issue in 2012 I think its more to do with being in cruise control and not tweaking tactics...

This I just play with one then tweak it in game depending on whats happening...
