Losing streak!!

I need some immediate tactics for underdog/middle team - some alternatives. I was doing good at first but now Im losing for 6 matches. I searched but couldnt find any suitable alternatives.

dont know why but I dont like plug and play tactics perhaps I should try to create different tactics.

Then why not look at them for inspiration or perhaps do the same with the " team tactics" that uses the TC along with shouts.
