Part time champions

Will a part time club become full time when they got promotion to the top leagues??
i just won irish 2nd division...just 6 weeks to start of 2nd season..team coming back from holiday but still on non contract agreements..what can I do??

You can ask the board to go full time, but not certain they will say yes, as it costs alot of money, are all the clubs in the top division full time?

i see now I can ask to go permanent but they refused as they are not convinced by my managerial skills.....lol..I won the league..barstewards..
