Players You Would Like to See Knighted

As the title says, what are some players eligible for knighthood would you like to see knighted?

I have always thought David Beckham should be knighted (A little bias considering he is my favorite player) and a article on goal.com reminded me of this

So which football players would you like to see knighted?
Can also be managers or anyone else that plays a big part in a non-playing football role.
Keep in mind also their nationality, only British and people of the Commonwealth are eligible
