So i was watching Southampton vs Reading, and both teams had huddles before kick off. I wanna know what everyone thinks of these and if you think it helps? Personally, i don't see what effect it has.

Some teams do it before every game, some teams dont. All it does is to delay the kick-off in my opinion

allows the captain to say a few words, gives the team a few seconds before kick off to forget the fans and whatever and get focused on the game
