Ray Wilkens leaves Chelsea

Just saw this on Chelsea website, assistant manager Ray Wilkens has left Chelsea after it was decided not to renew his contract, I personally reakon this sucks as he was pretty good.

Third:

Very strange decision this. Surely he'd offer some sort of explanation, unless there's been a rift. First thoughts were that he's left to take up a managerial job elsewhere, but it's so sudden, and no explanation has been given.. Would love him at England tbh, good assistant. Worried for Chelsea, he's been there for so long the players must have a great bond with him..

Would hate for Pat Rice to leave :'( Who would follow Arsene around?

Oh and fourth:
