Real Madrid: Why doesnt my tactic produce CCC's?

The tactic:
Just produced a 4231 and it looks like this:

Sweeper Keeper
Full back (D)
Limited defender (Stopper)
Ball playing defender (Cover)
Wing back - Attack
Centre mid - Defend
Deep Lying playmaker (S)
Winger ( A )
Adv. Playmaker (S)
Inside Forward ( A ) (I am using laffles emmerich role on CR7).
Complete Forward ( A )

Fluid
Attacking

Direct Passing
Expressive
Stand-off
Cautious tackles
Zonal Marking
More Roaming

Fast tempo
Wide width
High D-line

I direct play down the wings too.

The problem

• Not enough CCC'S. (One in two friendlies played so far and yet to score a goal, also yet to concede.
• Wingback is not getting up and supporting the attack as I would like.

Any help with this please?

Have you changes the wing backs player instructions.

I've told him to Hug the touchline, that is all, my wingback is Coentrao by the way

Have you tried setting his mentality to attacking.And in match shouts look for over lap.All I can think of.

put the two Wingers as inside fowards,stop playing through the flanks(mixed),the two cm's as dpl-defend,target man(ST) and run onto ball,lower the creative freedom of the team and increase the mentality of the fullbacks,but stay with the fullback role,not wingback,also put support.
