Messina are a club who currently play in the Italian Serie 'C'.On July 2008 Messina were excluded from professional football due to financial issues,but were later registered into the amateur Serie 'D' where they have managed to work there way from until now.They last competed in Serie 'B' in 2007–08, this following three consecutive seasons in Serie 'A'.Now icon from the 80's Salvatore "Toto" Schillaci who played for Messina in the early 80's comes back to try change the clubs ailing fortunes.
EXPECTATIONS

Salvatore is expected to achieve a mid table posistion with the club and i feel this is achievable if everyone plays to there best.The odds on Messina gaining promotion are 300/1 by the media so there is little or no chance at present.

The right sided midfielder looks a decent player on the right side of midfield,and hope he plays to his best.Not sure how he will fit into Messina's system though if im honest.
