Good day folks.
I'm Sebastian From Singapore, a little red dot in South East Asia. I've no coaching Badges and only Sunday football experience but nonetheless, i'm going to start my managing career.
Interviews so far
Sarawak - Malaysia
Solihull Motors- England
Mthatha Bucks & Richards Bay Football Clubs - South Africa
All four were unsuccessful but opportunity knocked in the form of U23 football.
China, Brunei and my country of Singapore offered the U23 National team role
and obviously, i accepted Singapore's offer.

I will be hoping to qualify for the Asian U23 Cup, I was grouped with North Korea, Cambodia and Indonesia in the qualifying round. It didn't go according to plan. We lost the first 2 games against Cambodia & North Korea and drew 1-1 with Indonesia,Was very disappointed as we had lots of chances to finish the games off.

Next time we should be getting better results. I am still finding my entry into club football management
