Tactic for beating weaker opponents

Anyone know of any tactic that can be used to beat weaker opponents? I currently use a 4-3-3 high temp short passing tactic. It is very good against teams at or above my level, but I always loose to really really really bad teams. I am ideally looking for a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 formation tactic. I hear direct counter attack is good against weaker opponents but I cant seem to find any.
