Tactical help with my new AC Milan side

Left Aston Villa and have taken over AC Milan, they arent having a great time of it in Seria A and are currently 9th.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend a formation and which players are best to start in this formation?

Also its worth noting that the game is in 2016

I would play a 4-2-3-1 Look at (Raiken's Awesome AMC)

If you didn't want to buy players or unable to at the moment I would play

Mattia De Sciglio------Raul Albiol------Giuseppe Bellusci------Lorenzo Saporetti This all depends on how developed each player become so use your judgement

--------------Simone Padoin/Riccardo Montilivo/Federico Casarini--------------
Chose the best two depending on who has developed the best

Again if you play with Wingers or IF you may want to change AML and AMR
