Hello. Could I get Any tips to tweak my tactics. I am winning/Drawing matches but they don't seem to be very convincing wins or draws since I let 3-0 Wins away. Any help is Appreciated

You should abandon the high tempo, it's already high with an attacking mentality. More help needs more specific problems. And don't forget that is a lower league team with poor players.
