What to do....irish league champions

End of my second season as Sligo rovers gaffer..
finished 4th in my first season.
won the domestic treble in my second season with the league win by 2 pts.

my question is i won the league but played 2nd fiddle to Dundalk most of season and failed to beat them in my 3 meetings.....should I stay and become the outright best team next season with a few adjustments or succumb to the Huge interest coming from England with Bolton being the biggest of the interest so far.

thing is it has taken me 2 seasons to find my best team and thinking maybe I won't get the time in England to build a successful team

any suggestions??
