I have newly started a save starting from the bottom and gonna work my way up. Was wondering who is a good signing for a team this low in the leagues

Well you could do that, or just give 1 year deals to some players you think would suit your formation. Just use the recommended attributes for roles and search for players like that. I'm starting a Whitehawk save as we speak and its what I intend to do because it got me great success during my Portsmouth save. Find some players who suit, offer them a 1 year deal, if they do well renew it
