Trying to find an anchor man or ball winning midfielder for my Norwich team, looking to spend no more than 1.5m-2m.

Under my Arsenal save, I had Frimpong start at DMC when Song got injured during pre-season. I had at least 20 Football League sides offering for him, both transfers and loans.
He looks like he would be an amazing signing for any lower league side hoping to reach the Premiership, or a low-table PL side.
