Started a save with Ipswich and the fitness and condition of the squad is a disgrace. Shocking.

How can i improve this? It is really really bad.

I took in another fitness coach and i am looking for a new physio aswell because our injuries are shocking aswell.

I have the training set to fitness aswell.

Anything else i can do?
 
Setting training to fitness in season will absolutely destroy your conditioning.
The Fitness training is designed to bring the players back to Match-Fitness after the off season but clubs will rarely work on fitness regimes mid-season because of the demands of League football (1-2 matches a week). Good Squad rotation is essentiall (If you're not using 15-20 players every 3-4 matches, you're going to burn your players out in League 1/ The Championship.
 
Most people set training to fitness(very high) for the first two weeks of preseason, then hardly use it, i sometimes use it during the international break,

And try to be nicer about my wonderful team ;-)
