hidden attribute / potential ability?

If a player has reached their potential ability of say 145 in the game by seeing this in the editor. Does this mean none of their attributes can increase? Or can any of their technical, mental, and/or physical attributes still increase at all?

Pretty sure you won't see any improvement, unless it's like leadership or something, as the player gets older.

There mentals should still increase though, just dont dont expect technical and physical to increase vastly anymore. You can still do individual training but itll will take longer for the stat to increase if at all.
