No David Luiz in my game

I'm using a medium sized database, Leagues in England, Spain, Germany and France. Do you need to select the Portuguese League for Luiz to come up or use a larger database?

Anyone got a cheap central defender in the David Luiz price range with similar ability? I'm already going for Otamendi. I need another.

well with those leagues, try Darnel Situ - Lens (becomes a beast in a couple of years mate)

I never load Portugal and always find him, try having a large player database
