Mate, can I ask why you don't think training players is important? Or is it just that someone else found it that you don't like?
Thank you for that picture. No idea what you mean by it though.
Look here is a picture of a player:

Well that is nice and good. But I think this approach works better than the normal ones. You think that it’s a good rating. This is the beginning of the training process. I never really bothered about training, in most cases I leave everything to an assistant. The truth is that if a player plays in the first team, he will grow. So I also understand training or how did you say that I have an editor and I did something for them. Try it yourself that at the beginning of the championship of England Norwich players will have such estimates of training and it’s not at all difficult. It’s just that all the players have to be praised in the first days and they try harder and repeat it a couple more once in two months they start hammering a bolt for training, then they need to tell who the owner is to give them *******. They all tear the grass back to pieces. Well, hire a couple of trainers by the way, now I’ll put the skins I hired for Norwich in the first days.
Try this thing for 5 minutes without editors. It will be the same.
And I just looked at your skin there, one youth is clear that they’re all in the army in a month at 9! Minimum must train
Question, I play on touch and can't seem to find any additional focus for tackling?
how do you get it to show the +1's and +2's?Thank you for that picture. No idea what you mean by it though.

Yeah, I had all wonderkids at Dortmund. They were also unhappy, but I just ignored most of it. I have about 10 more Screenshots of their development if you want itHello guys, I've used this training on my Dynamo Dresden career, I have a team full of wonderkids who are already 'worldclass' at 21-22 years old, but a lot of them are unhappy with the low amount of training... any ideas?
