Go for Kenedy mate. At the beginning of the game he would cost you something around 12-15 million and is an excellent.
Check this, I've played him as AMR with a Raumdeuter role and he just couldn't stop scoring.

are you playing on the lfc update? if so babucar from fiorentina should cost you 5-6 mil, and adapts quickly to the premier league
