oliver is vry good. Hav him for my Everton team as a rotation option and he's been brilliant. But i play him as an am(a) though.
Abt the gk... have never used butland bt if ospina is doing well then jst get the regen and develop him... he can b home grown at club for the nxt 10 yrs!

Ur alrdy predicted to be 1st , so i reckon u have a strong enough squad ovarall for league 1. Select the tactic u wana play with n if any player dosn fit into it or u think is not good enough.. then think about or selling... no need to force it!
look at ludwig augustinsson, nicola murru, jetro willems, antonio luna, vasco regni, jonas hector, william matheus, bryan oviedo, jaume costa, alberto de la bella... all good options...
Jst go to the editor and find all the players with negative PA n jst change to a fixed one...
Best you batch edit them...
I also do the same with my games... i find it ridiculous that in one game a player has 155PA and in another one he has 178!
This often happens with me... i try to start off with a chelsea save evry new fm... n i get screwed with the tactics every time! So what i do is... start of a FMC save with a smaller team with a decent squad and try out tactics der... with minimal TI & PI...

Bt i try to refrain from signing the same lads over n over again! otherwise it jst becomes boring...
I re-trained Ramires there and he was pretty good there! He has perfect stats for the position... jst needs a little bit of specific training and hez good to go!

This is not exactly a 4231, but it definitely operates like 1... And it would probably help to have fast defenders though! I've won 4 PL titles with Everton using this tactic... from 2015 to 2018...
