I'm having a same problem. I downloaded some tactics and put them in the folder C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011 Russian\data\tactics as usual but now I can't find it in the game. At the beginning, even Archived Tactics folder didn't appear in the Tactic selection area...
