i have a game just about to start, but with mid table teams

okay if nobody wants the edited database i shall leave the original one, just thought id make it a little more equal but hey

i want to start a new network game with mid table - relegation battler teams, maybe even lower league team, i would like to create an edited database though, nothing overly stupid, just a little tweak to certain things there are rules to the game but i'll go through them at a later date
