yes i only get the odd 1 or 2 reacting but like you say it down to my reputation as i didnt up my level would be on whatever it stars on...i was recently linked with another job so looks like my rep is on the up

i am sitting top of championship with southampton in december in semi final of league cup having a really good start but my players hardly ever react to my team talks??? they are winning games morale is high but they just never seem to have opinion or react to my teamtalks???:S:'(

looking at my squad anybody know of a good young rightback for championship and beyond???

i stupidly only had 1 save as this has never happen to me before so i was always overwriting previous save....trust me thats the 1st and last time

i would be happy if they put this in fm 13 it would be a good option when you get to the end of a long term game feeling abit bored...would certainly add some excitement

i have just started a new game with notts forest as i have never managed outside a top division and want a long term challenge and as i have no transfer budget and a average squad could do with some pointers .... any help with free tranfers good loans or extremely cheap players? formation? staff?
