you done any disk cleanups or had any major changes to your system recently or any updates, anything, sometime little things can set things in motion

Basically i downloaded a j league database and i have been tweaking a few things just to make the game more realistic, but when i start a new game using the edited data the changes i have made are not taking place, is there any way to fix this or can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Ive not played fm in about a month and i tried to setup a newgame today a few times but it shutdown my computer when it started setting up the game? any suggestions or experience?
