I'm trying the tactic in the original post, 15.3 with the player tweaks, but it doesn't seem to be having much effect on my Palace team - 2 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats in my first 8 competitive games. I'm sure I just need to be a bit more patient, but how long typically would it take to get going...
