Well depends on the quality of the players...the tactic may be good if you create so many chances but your players lack quality.

He can still improve...but you wont be able to tutor him anymore:).Probably he wont get to his maximum potential...but still he can turn into a classy player.

Well Crouch when he gets the ball on his head in the box most of the times he passes it back to a teammate who tryes the shot.If he has a really good chance he takes it but to be sure he passes it back.In Fm you cant implement it because he will always go for goal when in the box...

I dont know if he can do very well in the stronger divisions for big teams but for midtable teams he can do a very good job:)

And how could we help you if you dont want pre-made tactics ? Try one from the forums and tweak it as you like...otherwise ...keep trying!

Yes you did Eds i tested your tactic.I was working on a 4-3-3 with wingers at FC Porto almost the same as you did but the quality of the players is very important in this tactic...they dont need only the skills for a main Position or Role, they have to be all rounders kind of Cristiano...

i bought him when i was playing Barcelona.In 2 seasons he had real improvements while tutored by Pinto and Valdes(2nd season).Didnt played him in the 1st team but he improved alot in those 2 seasons.
