I used this tactic with West Ham. Played six league games and drew four lost two, so didn't work for me.

I would say deal! Although maybe a younger striker would be an option? Barbosa? Cerri? Also, you have Adam Campbell who is a great prospect.

I've heard great things about Shane Long!

Have to say after getting carried away with this tactic it proves critics are right. As it lacks any real attacking threat, concede many goals especially to set pieces and not winning or even drawing games that I should be.
