If you can get Sandro, that would be quite a steal. In addition to what others have mentioned, how about Etienne Capoue? Decent strength, high stamina/natural fitness, and decent jumping as well. Strong mental stats, but technically a bit weak.

Wilshere (free kick attribute of 10) just scored 2 free kicks in 3 games for me... Before I'd be lucky to score from 1 free kick for all of 3 seasons with free kick 15+. Perhaps this is just luck, but I might consider getting good free kick takers now.
