Hi i apologise if there is already a thread for this, does anyone have an adboard patch or know how to change adboards to move my stadiums appear to be static?

I am having trouble when applying for jobs, it comes back saying unsuccesful as only recently left the post, but this is not the case, it does this for every job.
Has anyone ever come across this, and can this be sorted?
I have applied for a few jobs, and it says i am the favorite and says the board are flattered etc, but then never get offered the job.
Anyone know why?
