I managed my youth team for a few seasons, as Man Utd in CM4 - mainly because I wanted to mentor Rooney. I haven't done it since, but I was wondering if there are any advantages to managing them rather than leaving a coach or the assistant manager to do it? I'm sure I could win more games...
