Please guys, help. I had the same issue in FM 16 and didn't manage to find out the root of trouble.
In all the teams from other leagues there are grey players and only few normal, e.g. in Bournemouth there are Wilshere, Mousset and Cook - all the rest are grey and their value is 0. What's wrong...
