Ive got an idea for a killer challenge, I won't reveal it but i need to know more about changing the faces of players. Can anyone help me? I'm keen to get this challenge online because i think it could be quite popular.

I've had a killer idea for a challenge. I won't reveal it yet, but I need to know how to remove the faces of some of the players? and replace them with the custom ones that I have saved?
Any help much appreciated.
