I said it when he was appointed. Dont get the hype over Ragnick. Sounds pretty much like the German Biesla to me.
Talks a good game but has won nothing of note.
I am back from my despair after seeing how we dropped points against United. A game we completely dominated all over the park but just could not fashion together enough chances in the final third. Probably our best chance of beating them as well given that Ragnick is coming in now.
Anyways ...

Best academy in the world. Finally paying dividends for the first team as well.
Tuchel 50 games in charge. Only 24 goals conceded. Lowest of ANY side in Europe’s top flight leagues. Absolutely unbelievable record. What an impact he has had.
Would have been even better were it not for that mad 5-2 loss to West Brom.
Then it begs the question as to why he hasnt gone and managed a bigger team yet? If he is this good, surely someone would have given him a chance.
Seems like another one of those coaches with more mythical ‘hype’ than substance. I am sure he is a good coach. But the way some people rave about...
What exactly has this brilliant coach actually won? The reason I ask is because I keep hearing his name pop up for the last 5-6 years whenever a top club manager gets sacked and I cant fathom why exactly.
Can someone tell me whats so special about Ralf Ragnick? Everyone seems to get their pants wet when talking about him but he sounds like the German Biesla to me.
Terrific win again. Reece James is absolutely brilliant. Only downside were the injuries to Kante and Chillwell unfortunately. Hope Kante at least can make it for the United game.
How much does Newcastle’s budget even matter in this day and age though? Players are already getting paid obscene sums so unless they are willing to hand out 20M per year contracts regularly, will be hard for them to attract anyone very good.
Very different situation now versus when...
