can you make a database where the top 3 leagues of england, all the players are put back to where they started there careers and a 100 year transfer embargo put on each club so you can only play with home grown players from that club

is there a edited database where all the players are put back in the club they started at (came out of the youth acadamy) and transfers are blocked so u are only have players who came through the youth setup of that club
