Wow! He is incredible on your save! How did you get him to reach that potential? I have been trying to re-train him to be natural on the left wing and as a winger but he still hasnt become natural in that position, could be hampering his progress...

Have very good fitness coaches, achieving a 5 star rating
Other attributes have increased by say 1 or 2 but not significantly
He hasn't been injured in one year (thankfully)
