I've made a better tweak and the goals from the Striker improved again. I'm still testing a bit more, because it actually includes changes to defence, to allow more pressure. Is your striker left-footed?

Finished my test with Atletico Madrid and I can say this tactic is a really well balanced 4-3-3. It works a charm if you have good wingbacks because they really carry all games like they are freaking Lebron James! The width of the formation and the overlapping attack makes this 4-3-3 crossing...

Don't rely on friendly matches to check if the tactic is good. Friendlies have a lot of random elements that makes it so different from normal season games. The changes you did are really good for your team. I just don't know if it will work having a deeper line AND playing the offside trap...
