GobBluthJD, I think you forgot to mention this: 1) get any in-game editor to boost the attributes, morale and conditions of your players 2) be ready to re-load and re-play matches if something went wrong 3) get insane results and make screenshots 4) post screenshots 5) wait until some noobs...

That's a very useful information, thanks for sharing it but to say honestly I'm not a big fun bother with youth intake because I find it rather boring :-)
