The 4-4-1-1 tactic is working very well for me in my LLM save (double consecutive promotions from North to L2). I'm having slightly less luck with the 4-2-3-1 tactic however (its still good, just not as good), which I'd still prefer as its easier to find advanced wingers than wide midfielders...
Great thread, sorry to see it getting buried! I'm wondering if someone with this stuff still set up could test knaps 4231 and 451? I'm craving a solid tactic in that formation for (very) underdog teams.

How about player stats? Should i search for players suiting the roles or should the wide midfielders still have winger stats, and the cm have advanced playmaker-ish stats?
Im doing OK with calamitys tactic in Blue Sqare Prem with chester. Playing a lot of low ability youngsters, so I'm happy with the results. Used Jassars IMpossible at the start of the season with some success, but it stopped working after the tactic actually got fluid.
Which tactic do you think would work best for a BSP team climbing the divisions? Super bomb or Impossible?
