I have exactly the same problem. Is there anything I can do? Or that's just mistake in this mod? Maybe my computer is too weak too

I created folder "tactics" in Football Manager 2021 files and I downloaded two different tactics but neither of them work. I can't see these tactics in game when i try to load tactic. What should i do?
