To many goals conceded, defending is awfull this year, and i am a very detailed manager, I always do the player instructions for every player, set pieces, training is set to defending and defending positioning, team instructions are set it`s just not working! First game of the season vs. Arsenal...

If he is not ready for first team then loan him out and put key player and what position must that club play him when you accept loan bids for him. That`s a great feature in this FM... You can ask your scout to compile match reprts when he plays, so that you can keep track with his progress, I...

Which role are you people giving him as a lone striker? I plan to use him as poacher, and i put him to work on that tactical role in preseason. Got him in Spurs to be my first choice (Adebayor as backup, Defoe third), but I have just started playing that save so I haven`t seen him play.
