I have ALWAYS put my assistant manager in charge of training sessions for as long as I can remember...
I was wondering whether it's actually better off to spent the time doing it myself? What would be the advantages of doing it myself?

I have a MacBook Air and am currently running FM15 on it. The fans turn on immediately when playing a match and will stay on from their onwards... I know the situation will be the same for 16 but I wanted to know if it would be worse or whether 16 is tougher on your computer?
