i think quality of league you are playing affects the player value too

With the concact? Higher concact means higher value???

i understand all that,but stil why would some club pay 8M for a player whit much lower quality then mine,who they didnt want to pay 4.5M when i offerd him. And they are the same age (28) and position(ST). And i do realise i play a Serbian club Zemun,but the season is 2023/2024 and my rep is high...
