At the 3rd round stage my europa league just stops and thats it!! yes i have played around in the editor but all i have done is updated the teams and have noticed it wont allow 4 english sides (tottenham, birmingham, stoke and fulham) any ideas?

I have updated my europa league in the data editor but for some reason wont let fulham enter as well as birmingham stoke and tottenham and ideas??

ive updated all my uefa competions but for some reason it wont allow me 4 english sides which means fulham are missing out vie put everything in right each team to each round but fulham don't get entered any ideas??

every time i go toload up my editor it says data editor 2010 is already running when its clearly not can some 1 please help as its starting to get really frustrating
