soo i have a question is it better to create a tactic to play to your teams strengths or to play to your opponents weakness. is it also better to have a club philosophy or to be more adaptable and play in different ways? Im not sure if iv explained this very well

soo iv created a tika taka tactic which i think plays abit different from other peoples I average around 750 passes per game with possession at about 70% im posting this for people to try and suggest improvements for the tactic formation is 4-3-3

Soo im trying to instill a philosophy into my club and wanted to know how important it is to have staff to have passing style, pressing style and preferred formation ect ect to match the tactic? does it make any difference at all or should i just select based on how good they are in the training...

Is Fm 16 slow for anyone els? i have fm 15 which runs fast and even on fm 16 i have 5 star computer performance and only have 4 or 5 leagues loaded

Im in group J in the Europa league and the top 3 teams have finished with 10 points and i have the best goal difference +6 but yet iv somehow finished 3rd and been knocked out. Can someone explain why this is?
