I managed Chelsea on FM12 and it was very sucesfull and good fun. You can build a good squad of players with Roman bankrolling it for you. Its not difficult but it is good fun.

Give them one till June 2013 then as that contract is coming to an end offer them another one? Or you could just offer them lots more money to sign a longer contract.

City seem to do very well as they are a club with a lot of potential (money, owner, facilities etc.) but the team that always seems to be fantastic are Tottenham. They always improve massively and become Champions League contenders.

Your not always guaranteed to get good regens coming through even with the best facilities. You need a good youth recruitment network, good scouts to find the youngsters and also affiliates for expanding your pool of young players. If you have all of these and still not getting good youngsters...
