I usually get asced after beeing in a club for 2 seasons (1 time 1½ season) to choose feeder club myself. Only tried it once since the board didnät manage to get a deal with the club I choose and therefor I dindät get any feeder club at all.

I play in England, all my scouts are english. First time I assigned a scout to England he finished in one day with 57 or 59 reports. As sometone above me wrote I've had determination increased radically when tutoring. After 2-3 months the younger player usually have the same determination as the older. Really doubt I've seen 10 points thou.

You need to go to the training screen from the youth team. You've to assign coaches to sceduals for your senior squad and youth squad separetly. Your changes on the coach assignemnts in the senior squad doesnät affec the youth squad. Hopefully I understood your qustion and gave an accurate answer.
